About us

Origin of disciple’s assembly it started in year 2021 with number of student of students who had one goal of being disciples of Jesus, gathering at minor complex for two hours session of prayers every Saturday and the gathering grew until it was given the name and had first executive in May 2013.

A disciple is the learner of the gospel who has also the ability to teach others. Paul said you have learnt a lot and now could have been teaching other, this means that at a certain time a disciple (a learner) should disciple others.

There is need to teach others as Jesus sent out 72 disciples and gave them authority to preach and heal, go for the harvest is pretty but workers are few (Luke 10:2-3,9:1-2).

A disciple is known by character which of Jesus, who give fruits of Holly ghost (Galatians 5:22-23)

Service

Discipleship is not for self gain, but love for souls, faithful to God and endurance (luke 14: 25), in the end a disciple does not expect anything as thank you but that he or she has done his duty (luke 17:10), as a tree is known by its fruits.

Every one is a disciple if has received Christ as the lord and savior and has stayed under the teaching of the word of God and believes in the Father the son and the Holy Spirit.

Making disciples of all nations

Mission

The mission (co-mission) is to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything Christ had commanded us (Mathew 28:19-20).

Objective

To prepare the body of Christ as we wait for second coming of Jesus.

•   Making the holy spirit our standard
•   Believe in the supremacy of God (He do anything).
•   Reaching the world with the look of God.
•   Be the light and the salt of the world.

•   Be a people of faith and action. 

•    Enhance our interaction to new members.
•    Emphasis to years for future of Disciples assembly.
•   Team spirit; everybody to develop self confidence and active participation, not only looking towards someone.
•   Interaction with other organizations.
•   Hot /brazing programmes.
•  Targeting those who are not yet saved.
